DIGITAL CONSULTATIONS

Meet with a consultation specialist to discuss your goals for connectivity and work through foundational initiation exercises to prime you for accessing the Between-Body space. These consultations can be conducted on-site at Art Gym Denver, or remotely through your web browser.

FROM YOUR WEB BROWSER - Use your phone to scan the below code and select the “Digital Consultations” link to load your consultation specialist. Using a different device, select the “Consultation Sheet” link below and navigate between your two devices. Use the consultation sheet to provide generous responses to the questionnaire and prompted movement assessment exercise scoring. Your answers will be logged, but please revisit these links and reflect upon and changes in mobility and/or connectivity.

FROM ART GYM DENVER - Using your phone to scan the posted code from the wall of your chosen Consultation Station should have brought you right here. Select the “Digital Consultations” link below to access your consultation specialist. Mount your phone in the labeled dock, select a pen and consultation sheet from your station, and follow along with the video. Please write your questionnaire responses on the back of your consultation sheet, and use the front to score your movement assessment exercise responses. Take this sheet home with you and revisit it, reflect, and review your scores. Where is there room for improvement?
